The ceiling system dur-HYTEC S5-C1 can be used up to clean room Class 6 according to DIN EN ISO 14644. With additional acrylic or silicone pointing, it can be used up to clean room Class 1, without the need for thermal disinfection. S5-C1 has just one seam at the joint end, whereas other clean room ceiling systems have two seams with a T-beam.

Galvanized steel, aluminium, stainless steel (brushed)
The galvanised steel and aluminium can be powder-coated with D206-700 white matt (similar to RAL 9016) or according to customer specifications. The coating thickness is approx. 60 microns.
Fire behaviour
durlum supplies the panels non-perforated, non-flammable, as DEFEO with brand protection class A2-s1, d0 as standard.
